Products, sizing and care

Please check the product description, available options and the relevant size chart before ordering. Measurements and fit can differ between products. Product photographs illustrate the design; screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. We remain responsible for goods being as described.

Use pet clothing and accessories only as described, check the fit and condition before each use, and supervise your pet. A coat is not a restraint unless its product description expressly states otherwise.

Prices, offers and payment

The price and currency for your selected items, any applicable discount, shipping charge and any tax calculated at checkout are displayed before you confirm payment. Optional add-ons are charged only when selected. Offer details, included items and eligibility are shown with the offer; check your selected sizes, colours and cart before paying.

If there is an error affecting your order or we cannot supply an item, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange a correction or refund, as appropriate. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days and will be dispatched within 6 business days. Delivery is usually around 7 business days after dispatch, with up to 12 business days depending on the destination. See our Shipping policy for the full delivery information.

Cancellations, returns and problems

You may cancel within 14 days after delivery and then have another 14 days to send the goods back. See our Returns & refunds policy for the process, costs and refund timings. If something arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can help.

Optional Shipping Protection does not replace or limit your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not delivered.
