14-day returns after delivery

You can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery. Email support@snuggietailsco.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. For one order delivered in separate shipments, the cancellation period runs until 14 days after the last item arrives. You then have another 14 days to send the goods back.

We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Contacting us for instructions does not change your cancellation deadline or require you to obtain permission to exercise your rights.

Checking the fit and condition

You may inspect and try on items as you would in a shop. Please take reasonable care of them and include the original packaging if you still have it. We may make a deduction for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item's nature, characteristics and fit. Missing packaging alone does not automatically remove your right to cancel. Sale items have the same cancellation rights.

Return postage

For a change-of-mind or sizing return, you are responsible for the direct cost of return postage. Keep proof that you sent the parcel. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and any return costs we are responsible for.

Refunds

We refund using the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Where you cancel the whole order, we also refund any standard outbound delivery charge you paid; an extra charge for an upgraded delivery method is not refundable beyond the standard delivery cost. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

If you cancel before any goods have been supplied, we refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described items

Please email support@snuggietailsco.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy or by whether you purchased Shipping Protection. This 14-day change-of-mind policy does not limit the remedies available for faulty or incorrectly described goods.
