Free standard delivery
We offer free standard delivery to the destinations available at checkout. Enter your delivery address to see the available shipping methods and any optional upgrade charge before paying.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days. We commit to dispatching your order within 6 business days after it is placed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. If an unexpected issue prevents dispatch within that time, we will contact you with an update and your options.
Delivery after dispatch
Most orders arrive around 7 business days after dispatch. Depending on your country and delivery address, please allow up to 12 business days after dispatch. These are delivery estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Processing time is separate from transit time. An order will usually arrive around 10 business days after ordering; allowing for both stages, it may take up to 18 business days. Customs checks, public holidays and carrier disruption can affect delivery. We will help with any order that is delayed.
Order updates and delivery details
We work with fulfilment partners, so a UK brand address does not mean that every parcel is dispatched from the UK. Please check your delivery details carefully before paying. If an address needs changing, contact support@snuggietailsco.com promptly; a change may not be possible after dispatch.
For destination-specific questions, tracking help or international customs arrangements, contact us with your country and order number, if you have one.
Delayed, missing or damaged parcels
If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email support@snuggietailsco.com with your order number so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. Photos of damaged goods or packaging can help, where available.
Your statutory rights apply whether or not you purchased Shipping Protection. The optional protection add-on does not replace or restrict those rights.
